What is HWR Virtual services?
We  are a Virtual Call center.A virtual call center is a type of call center where agents work remotely from various locations rather than being centralized in a physical office. In a virtual call center setup, agents communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or other digital channels using internet-based software and tools.
What are the costs to get started?
In order to partner with Happily Working Remote Virtual Services and be given the opportunity to provide your services to clients, you must complete the following which is considered your investment into your own business.
The following are the startup costs:
  • Certification Course for the client you choose are FREE!
  •   $30 background check fee 
These fee’s are paid to Arise Virtual Solutions, not HWR Virtual Services.
What type of services will I provide as an independent contractor?
There are dozens of client programs for which you can choose partner with. These are sales, customer service, technical support, email support and chat support clients.
What type of work will I being doing?
Answer incoming calls from the customers of our clients. Calls range from products, inquiries, taking payments, and technical support.
Can I work from Anywhere?
You must legally reside in the United States and must be 18 years or older. You can provide your services from anywhere that is open to new applications. If you move, you are able to bring your work with you! How many jobs can you say that about?

How much money can I make?
Your compensation can be as little or as big as you make it. You choose the client that you want to service. Some choose their client for the compensation rate only. Some choose a client because they are open 24/7 and some choose a client that is super easy with less hourly pay. You set your own schedule and choose when and how much you work. Your paycheck is up to you!
Will I be paid during certification?
You are not paid for the time spent in a client certification course.
Are we responsible for our own taxes?
You are an Authorized agent, Independent Contractor, Sole Proprietor or Freelancer and are responsible for your own taxes. We do not take any taxes out on your behalf.

You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
What Fees will I have to pay?
We have a low flat service fee is $49.75 per invoice which includes the fee our partner Arise charges which is $19.75. We pay our contractors on the 1st and 15th of the month.

HWR Virtual Services has to cover business costs including Partner fees, computers, bank fees, software costs, direct deposit fees and more. Our low, flat service fee allows us to provide you with support getting started, during your certification process and beyond. We want you to succeed!

What are the next steps to getting started?
  • Use the contact us page and we will send instructions within 24 hours.
  • Make sure you have a computer that meets the guidelines.
  • Purchase a USB headset for your certification class.
  • You will receive an email once you have chosen a client with links to fill out your affidavit of ID, proof of servicing address, proof of identity, W9 form and Direct Deposit form. These forms must be completed before you are allowed to service a client.
What is the pay and when can I start making revenue?
The average pay is anywhere from $9.00 to $15.00 an hour depending on the client. Some clients offer extra income incentives and bonuses. You are eligible to start making money as soon as you pass your certification class. You are paid Bi-monthly for hours worked via direct deposit.
Are there any benefits?
Unfortunately, Happily Working Remote Virtual Services does not offer any type of health benefits. You are responsible for your own benefits.
What will be my hours?
The beauty of working from home with our company is that you will be able to pick your own hours with a limit up to 60 hours a week. You are able to work in 30 minute increments if that is what you choose.  Some clients are open weekends and 24/7.  
REQUIREMENTS
To ensure quality service for our client's customers, specific equipment is required to work for Happliy Working Remote Virtual Services
